This program is designed to extract skins out of .txd files which allows you to edit them

This also works if you want to modify GTA 3 or Vice City.


How to use:

1. Open up your GTA file.
2. Open models file and open an .img file (Gta3.img is the main folder)
3. Type file name under box.

4. Open up image you want to export.
5. Click export and choose the file format you want the image to be.
6. You can edit the image using Paint, Photoshop, ECT.
